(a)  has the Minister undertaken any investigation of the concerns about the course raised by ASLIA with North Metro TAFE;

HOMELESSNESS — LORD STREET OVERPASS

I refer to the new fence erected near the Lord Street overpass, and I ask:

(a)  did the Department undertake any consultation before erecting the fence, with:

(i)  the Department of Communities;

(ii)  any community sector organisations who deliver homelessness services; and

(iii)  any other individuals or organisations;

POLICE — SEXUAL ASSAULT EMAIL ADDRESS

I refer to the WAtoday article of 14 September 2020, “Scores of WA sex assault victims will never be heard after lost emails were deleted, WA Police confirms”.

(1)  Is the article’s claim that Ms Callanan was lied to by police, who told her the email address on the website had always been correct, true?

(2)  If yes to (1), has any action been taken against the WA Police Force staff who —

FUEL FACILITIES — BUCCANEER ARCHIPELAGO

1044. Hon ALISON XAMON to the minister representing the Minister for Mines and Petroleum:

I have two questions. The first is on behalf of Hon Robin Chapple, who is out of the chamber on urgent parliamentary business. I believe his question has been redirected to the Minister for Mines and Petroleum.

I refer to the proposed Buccaneer Marine Park and the existence of floating fuel outlets in Dogleg Creek on the south side of Yampi Sound.

(1)  Are the fuel dispensary facilities licensed; and, if so, by whom?

PUBLIC HOUSING — SALES AND DECOMMISSIONS

(1)  How many public housing homes were sold or decommissioned in 2019–20?

(2)  How many public housing homes does the government intend to sell or decommission in 2020–21?

PUBLIC HOUSING WAITING LISTS

1004. Hon ALISON XAMON to the minister representing the Minister for Housing:

I refer to the article “Life inside tent city” in The Sunday Times of 20 September and the concerns raised regarding public housing waitlist processes.

(1)  Does the minister intend to address concerns that people get sent to the back of the waitlist queue if they do not accept an offer within three days, even if they did not receive the offer because they are homeless?

(2)  How many of the complaints related to staff conduct towards children with disability or special educational needs for:

(b)  (1)(b)?
