I refer to appeals made against the decisions of the Training Accreditation Council (TAC) and managed by the Office of the State Training Board, and I ask:

(a)  how many appeals against TAC decisions have been made in each of the last five academic years; and

(b)  for each year, how many decisions appealed were for decisions against:

(i)  initial registration;

I refer to the support services offered through the Participation Program to increase enrolment, retention and graduation of students experiencing barriers to training, and I ask:

(a)  In the 2016 calendar year, how many students accessed this program;

(b)  In the 2016 calendar year, how many students referred to this program received:

(i)  mentoring and counselling services;
