I refer to Table 1 of the 2018–19 Annual Report of the Director of Equal Opportunity in Public Employment which indicates that 88 percent of public sector agency workforce and diversity plans are overdue, and I ask:

(a)  which agencies currently have overdue workforce and diversity plans;
