A vibrant future for Claisebrook

Claisebrook Road North, between Summer and Lord streets in East Perth, has been earmarked for a high-density transformation for decades. The City of Vincent’s vision – outlined in its Town Planning Scheme Number 2 (TPS2) could add 600 residents, 880 jobs and $47 million to the local economy. It is an exciting opportunity for residents and businesses to continue to grow the unique and vibrant culture of the area.

Save Lemnos Street Bush

The bushland at the Shenton Park Rehabilitation Hospital site at Lemnos Street forms an important ecological linkage between Shenton Park and Underwood Avenue Bush Forever sites. These link Kings Park and Bold Park – two of our most iconic green spaces.

Lemnos Street Bush contains significant portions of Banksia woodland and is an important feeding grounds for vulnerable black cockatoos, which are known to roost at nearby UWA sports grounds and Perry Lakes.
