1073. Hon Alison Xamon to the Leader of the House representing the Attorney General:
I refer to the historical practice in Victoria of attaching criminal convictions to children taken into state care, resulting in historical care and protection applications being released at times as part of a person’s criminal history, and I ask:
(a) are historical records of children’s care and protection applications and orders recorded with any criminal conviction records in Western Australia;
