I refer to proposal 7 of “Central Districts Omnibus 5”, metropolitan region scheme minor amendment 1341/57, and I ask the minister to please confirm what zoning will apply to the balance of the amendment area?

(1)  Was a business case for this new system completed?

(2)  If no to (1), why not?

(3)  If yes to (1), will the minister please table the business case?

(4)  If no to (3), why not?
