(a) could the Minister please advise the number of dust complaints received about this facility in each of the following calendar years:
(i) 2008;
(ii) 2009;
(iii) 2010;
(iv) 2011;
(v) 2012;
(vi) 2013;
(vii) 2014;
(viii) 2015;
(ix) 2016; and
(x) and for the period 1 January 2017 to 30 June 2017; and
(b) could the Minister please advise the number of infringement notices issues to this facility in each of the following calendar years:
(i) 2008;
(ii) 2009;
(iii) 2010;
(iv) 2011;
(v) 2012;
(vi) 2013;
(vii) 2014;
(viii) 2015;
(ix) 2016; and
(x) and for the period 1 January 2017 to 30 June 2017?
