191. Hon Alison Xamon to the Leader of the House representing the Premier:
I refer to the Western Australian Partnership Forum, and I ask:
(a) will the Minister please advise the current membership of the Partnership Forum;
(b) when did the Partnership Forum last meet;
(c) when is the Partnership Forum scheduled to next meet;
(d) does the Government intend the Partnership Forum to continue to operate;
(e) does the Government intend to review the membership of the Partnership Forum; and
(f) if yes to (e), which new individuals or organisations does the Government intend to invite to participate in the partnership forum?
Hon Sue Ellery replied:
(a), (c) – (f) A consultation period on the new Supporting Communities Forum with the community sector, universities and research organisations, Aboriginal community-controlled organisations and Directors-General closed on August 4 2017.
The Government is now considering a proposed model for the Forum and an announcement will be made in due course.
