3075. Hon Alison Xamon to the minister representing the Minister for Lands:

I refer to the planned Ocean Reef Marina Development and the community access to the shared path through the dunes in that location, and I ask:

(a) when will the community lose access to some or all of the shared use path in the development envelope;

(b) will an alternative pathway be provided that does not disturb bushland not already slated for destruction as part of this development; and

I refer to the geotechnical investigations currently in train for the land-side development at Ocean Reef Marina, and I ask:

(a)  should any caves be found in this investigation, will a survey for stygofauna be undertaken; and

(b)  if no to (a), why not?
