186. Hon Alison Xamon to the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Health:

I refer to the provision of medical typing services, and ask:

(a) will the Minister stop further outsourcing of medical typing services to private companies;

(b) if no to (a), why not;

(c) will the Minister bring back in-house the provision of medical typing services;

(d) if no to (c), why not; and

(e) if yes to (c), when will this occur?

I refer to the delivery of health, alcohol and other drugs and mental health services in Western Australian prisons and Banksia Hill Detention Centre, and I ask:

(a) does the Minister inte nd the Department of Justice to continue delivering these services;
