63. Hon Alison Xamon to the minister representing the Minister for Corrective Services:

I refer to girls and young women accommodated at Banksia Hill Detention Centre (Banksia Hill) over the six month period from 1 December 2016 to 31 May 2017, and I ask:

(a) will the Minister please advise:

(i) the number of girls and young women accommodated at Banksia Hill during this period;

(ii) their ages;

(iii) how many were unsentenced; and

I refer to the heads of agreement between the Department of Education and the International School of Western Australia.
