I refer to the WA Labor commitment to implement a process for people who have historical sex convictions relating to consensual homosexual acts expunged, and I ask:

(a) can the Minister please advise whether this process has been developed;

(b) if yes to (a), please advise what this process will entail;

(c) if no to (a), why not;

170. Hon Alison Xamon to the Minister for Education and Training:

I refer to the provision of counselling services to TAFE students, and I ask:

(a) for each TAFE campus, please provide the FTE of staff who provide counselling to students for each year from 2011 to 2017;

(b) for each TAFE campus, please advise how many individual students accessed these counselling services for each year from 2011 to 2017; and
