2747. Hon Alison Xamon to the minister representing the Minister for Corrective Services:

(1)  Would the Minister please advise how many women have been transferred from Melaleuca Remand and Reintegration Facility to Bandyup Women’s Prison for dental treatment during:

(a)  1 January to 30 June 2019; and
(b)  1 July to 31 December 2019;
(c)  1 January 2020 to date?

(2)  What is the average length of time taken between when a request is made to transfer a prisoner from Melaleuca to Bandyup for dental treatment and when the transfer is undertaken?

(3)  What is the maximum time taken between when a request was made to transfer a prisoner from Melaleuca to Bandyup for dental treatment and when the transfer was undertaken?

(4)  Have any requests for a prisoner to transfer from Melaleuca to Bandyup for dental treatment been refused?

(5)  If yes to (4):

(a)  how many;
(b)  for what reason(s) were they refused?
