That the report be noted.

Consideration Postponed

Hon ALISON XAMON: For the reason that I outlined last week—that is, the matter is still before the courts and has not yet been resolved—I move —

That consideration of the seventh report of the Joint Standing Committee on the Corruption and Crime Commission be postponed to the next sitting of the Council.
