(f) will the Minister please table the report on the investigation, redacted as appropriate to maintain the privacy of individual staff?
Hon Sue Ellery replied:
(a) No. There was no requirement for South Regional TAFE to notify WorkSafe of the outcome of the risk assessment of psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
A third recommendation was partially implemented.
(i) Not applicable.
(d) Implementation is being overseen by the Governing Council of South Regional TAFE.
(f) No. As the Examination was undertaken using the Public Sector Commissioner’s powers, any request for the report to be released should be directed to the Commissioner for his consideration.
