4635. Hon Alison Xamon to the Minister for Mental Health representing the Minister for Environment

I refer to the report into styrene emissions from Riverina Pools and Spas, and I ask —

(1) When is it expected that this report will be finalised?

(2) Will the Minister provide a copy of the report to —

     (a) the City of Bayswater; and

     (b) the Department of Health?

The Minister for Environment has provided the following response:

(1) The report was finalised on 25 August 2011.

(2) (a)–(b) The Department of Environment and Conservation provided a copy of an extract from the report in relation to styrene emissions and the results of monitoring to the City of Bayswater and the Department of Health on 3 October 2011.
