(1)  Will the McGowan government repeal the provisions governing confinement in the Young Offenders Act 1994 and the Young Offenders Regulations 1995?

(2)  If yes to (1), when?

(3)  If no to (1), why not?

(a)  when did the scanner become operational; and

(b)  how many autopsies have so far been avoided due to the availability of the scanner?
