(a) does the Department of Education record complaints made against contracted non-teaching staff;
(b) if yes:
(i) what specific details about each complaint are required to be recorded; and

I refer to the minister’s plan to address violence in schools.
(1) Is the minister anticipating any changes to legislation or subsidiary legislation to enact the plan?
(2) If yes to (1), please advise which changes will be required and when it is anticipated those changes will be made.
