CORRECTIVE SERVICES — ACCESS — COMPLAINTS SERVICE
1585. Hon Alison Xamon to the minister representing the Minister for Corrective Services:
I refer to ACCESS, the Department’s complaints service, and I ask, for each of the years 2012 to 2018, please advise:
(a) the number of complaints made to ACCESS;
(b) the number of staff in the ACCESS unit;
(c) the number of phone calls made to ACCESS; and
(d) the number of phone calls answered?
