I refer to the divestment of Graylands Hospital.

(1)  Has a business case for the divestment of Graylands Hospital been submitted to cabinet for consideration?

(2)  If yes to (1), what proportion of funds derived from the divestment is proposed to be directed back into the mental health system?

(3)  If no to (1), when will the business case be submitted to cabinet?

I refer to condition EE of the approval for the Three Oceans development, and I ask, is it intended that the hotel rooms cannot be sold as individual strata lots at all, or only that they may not be sold in a sales process that allows owners to opt out of a management agreement with the hotel operator?
