364. Hon Alison Xamon to the Leader of the House representing the Attorney General:
I refer to the Drug Court operated from the Perth Children’s Court, and I ask:
(a) has the program been evaluated;
(b) if yes to (a), will the Minister please table a copy;
(c) if yes to (a), who undertook the evaluation;
(d) if yes to (a), what year was the evaluation undertaken;
(e) if no to (a), are there any plans to evaluate this program; and
(f) if yes to (e), when will the program be evaluated?
Hon Sue Ellery replied:
(a)–(f) No, not applicable.
However, the Attorney General is able to advise that in 2006 the Department of Justice completed the Evaluation of the Perth Drug Court Pilot Project (Final Report) a copy of which is tabled for the Member’s reference.
