LANDS — OCEAN REEF MARINA — MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

353. Hon Alison Xamon to the minister representing the Minister for Lands:

I refer to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Joondalup and Landcorp regarding the progression of the Ocean Reef Marina, and I ask:

(a)  has the revised MOU between Landcorp and the City of Joondalup been finalised;

(b)  if yes to (a), will the Minister please table this MOU; and

(c)  if no to (a), when does the Minister anticipate that this agreement will be finalised?

Hon Stephen Dawson replied:

(a)  No.

(b)  Not applicable.

(c)  By the end of 2017.
