1385. Hon Alison Xamon to the Minister for Education and Training:
I refer to the public funding of private training providers, and I ask:
(a) for each of the last five financial years:
(i) what is the annual value of publicly-funded places at private providers;
(ii) how many publicly funded places were contracted to private providers; and
(iii) how many of those publicly funded places at private providers are targeted for priority populations; and
(b) could the Minister please list the courses contracted to be delivered by private providers:
(i) are any of these courses delivered in towns or cities with an existing TAFE campus; and
(ii) if yes to (b)(i), will the Minister please specify the locations and the courses that are being delivered?
