(iv) 2019 to date;

(b)  for what general reasons were referrals unsuccessful; and

(c)  for each year from 2016 to 2019, how many referrals were unsuccessful for each of the general reasons provided in (b)?

The referral issues could be resolved by the referring agency and/or through the referral discussion with the Interagency Executive Committee.

The referral did not meet YPECN referral criteria.

The referral did not identify systemic gaps and barriers that could be resolved through the YPECN program.

(c)  This information is not available from the Department of Communities as the referral is only noted as either successful or unsuccessful.
