I refer to media reporting regarding the creation of a multidisciplinary team to identify impairments in young people who are accommodated at Banksia Hill Detention Centre, and I ask:
(a) when is it anticipated this team will be operational; and
(b) would the Minister please advise the composition of the team, including:
(i) job title; and
(ii) FTE for each team member?

The proposed multidisciplinary team is part of the broader Banksia Hill Detention Centre (Banksia Hill) Project. A Banksia Hill Project Business Case is currently in development and will be considered by the Department of Justice in the first quarter of the 2018/19 financial year.
